1980 Stutz IV Porte

This rare four door Stutz was involved in an engine and interior fire in 1984. We bought the car from the insurance company as it is. We believe this Stutz was built for James D O’Donnell who was the President of Stutz Motor Car of America Inc, but we have no paperwork confirming this only the gold plated plaque on the dashboard stating this. We are selling this vehicle with a California Bill of Sale with Acquisitioning number. It is currently not registered. The buyer will have to register the vehicle in their state of residence, which may or may not involve some extra steps compared to registering a clean title vehicle. California buyers must pay sales tax and will receive the Acquisition Bill Of Sale. A Title can be gotten for overseas and out of state residences if needed. It usually takes about six weeks and the title will say salvage on it. We are selling this vehicle AS IS as pictured with no warranties expressed or implied. This vehicle does not run or drive and will need to be towed or picked up by a car hauler and is available for inspection at our location by appointment only please. We are able to help in arranging shipping out of state or worldwide.
